WHERE CAN I FIND A SIZING CHART?

- Our sizing charts are specific to each item inside of the description of the item. You will also find a sizing chart on Instagram under #wccsize
WHAT IF I WANT A REFUND OR RETURN AN ITEM/EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
- Due to the sensitive handmade nature of the items, refunds, returns/exchanges will not be allowed. If the item is found to be defected, the customer must notify vendor within 3 days of receiving the item (per shipment delivery date) On case by case basis, if defect is found and notified in a timely fashion, vendor will allow return or exchange. No sizing exchanges will be allowed.
HOW DO I RETURN/EXCHANGE A DEFECTIVE ITEM?
- Please provide us the following information and include the original receipt in your return shipment.

We only exchange product if item is defective. Exchanges take 1-2 business days for processing and 2-3 business days to ship back to you. You will receive an email confirmation regarding your exchange as well as a tracking number. Please note that we may not have the item you would like to exchange in stock. If this happens, we will contact you to let you know of this issue. If the item has a price difference for more than the original product, you will be contacted to charge your credit card the difference. If the item has a price difference for less than the original, the original card will be refunded the difference. Refunds will only be processed through the original card used.
WHAT IF I LOST THE ORDER RECEIPT TO CLAIM AN EXCHANGE?
- Please email us, and we would happy to retrieve your order number and receipt for you.
Do I have to pay to ship an exchange?
- Customers are responsible for shipping returns and exchanges back to us. We advise using a service that is traceable since Wandering Child Co is not responsible for items lost in transit.

WHAT IS SEZZLE AND HOW CAN I USE IT?
- Sezzle is a payment solution that gives you the freedom to buy now and pay later - with no interest! Must 18 or older to use sezzle. You can use Sezzle as a payment option on any order that is $35 or more. To learn more about sezzle, please check out their website here.
WHAT IS THE TURNAROUND/PRODUCTION TIME ON MY ITEM?
- We, at WCC, strive to be a ready to ship boutique, but we stand strongly by a 3-4 week production date on all items that are not noted (RTS) ready to ship. These items are handmade/printed and that craft takes time and precision. Production time does not include weekends or shipping time.
